hey everyone!! im 5"^ and i wiegh 200 pounds:S i was 180 before i broke my shoulder but all i did was do nothign and eat!!:( i wanna get down to around 160 by september?? but i wanna lose 20 pounds by july is this possible and if you could plz give me some tips on eating and exercising i would really appreciate thanxREPLY ASAP

start lifting weights BUT if that will effect your shoulder then work out your legs instead just do things that will work for your condition if you still have it also do atleast thirty minutes of cardio excersize A DAY i know its hard but keep it up!!! starting is the hard part i hope this helps..eat more fruits and veggies instead of other things that can be fattening and just control the size of portions and how much you eat total in a day i hope this helped!!! good luck!

you have to make a commitment to yourself that you're going to start eating healhtier and exercising.

I think that you should like weights like 30 times, and do some srunches, eat almost EVERYTHING low fat, and do an outdoor activity for 1 hr a day! you can do it! and NO SODA!
