Thanks Jenn! thats a really good idea and come to think of it, i have one of her vidios too!i forgot all about it cause it was givin to me just before i moved. . and its been packed away since. I guess ill have to dig that out and buy a few new ones too! If anyone has any suggestions on any good exercise vidioes lemme know! Thanks again <3 always, angie
