i want to lose 20 pounds by the end of june. is it possible? if it is can any of you tell me what i need to do to achieve it. like how many calories should i eat every day, and how much excercise, and what kind of excercise should i do? i am 5"3 and i weigh 160 pounds. thanks.

Oh wow. Your exactly my height and weight. I am going to go to my family in Europe this summer and my cousin was mean to me last time i was there. She used to call me fat, cow, bull. Anything you name it. I really gained some more weight and i would like to show her. I want to lose alot of weight ina short amount of time. I dont think i can do it. Please help me. I would appriecait it so much. Please? Give me a diet and how many exersises what exersises and for how long please

Yes, you can lose 20 pounds by then. Just eat fruits, vegetables and all the healthy foods. Eat like 1200-1500 calories a day and excersize for an hour or more a day! GOOD LUCK!!

Yes it is possible!!!! Here are my tips for losing weight (I was successfull!)1- no soda, 2- instead of chips eat low fat crackers, 3- eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of water (note: all fruits have under 100 cals!) 4- exersize every day 5- eat less than you did before. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!! ^_^
