ok so the name is Nicole i am 14 and in eighth grade. i weigh 140 and i am 5*4 i am active n all i try many things to loose wight i run every day 2 miles + PE+ Gymnastics + Volleyball + 50 crunches + 50 push ups + leg lifts and v ups and guess what i loose nothing my BF looses weight when he sleeps and he is 2 lbs lighter every morning!! and then things i wanna get rid of is my luv handles (ALOT!!) and my theighs! they are big lol so please please PLEASE! leave me tips! (this is my first summer with a boyfriend and he wants to go to the water park with me but i dont look good in a swim suit! please help!) *u can IM me too........KitKatShizzle12*

I think that you will just start to lose weight by yourself! by continuing by what you are doing!
