hey wats up?iv been running 2 miles in the morning & at nite i do 175 of these side bend thins, 60 crunches & more than 60 dance crunches and i havent been strict on my diet which iz just 2 moderate & eat healthy foods when possible but ive gained a 1/2 inch like every i waz reely tryin 2 lose it!!!!wat happened?????????waz it all be cuz of my diet?or am i doin sumthin rong????????ppplez reply this reely fustrates me!!!!thnak you

1 pounds of muscle burns like 50 calories a day! So, that is great if you are gaining muscle.

It doesn't have anything to do with your diet, your working out constantly and eating healthy trust me it's not you obviously are gaining mustle which is awesome! You don't need a strict diet those are bad and kids aren't supposed to have to go through that, your doing great! You may not want to run at night but I may be wrong it all depends on what time you run, you don't want to run too late~! Good Luck Your Doing Awesome!

i bet it's because you're gaining muscle, and that's a really good thing! You should be proud. Whenever you start working out you always gain a little bit of weight and then it drops off as you become leaner. But if you're not being somewhat strict on your diet, then it may be partly becase of that too.
