hey this is an addition to my post from yesterday. i'm moving from China to CA, or los angeles to be closer. i am not totally chinese. my mother is chinese, but my father is american. anyway, do any of you know any meals that are easy to make and are around 400 calories? i have been able to find things like that, but i'm tired of eating similar things so often, and my mother doesn't approve of the "scandals" that are trying to make people pay them for no weight loss. so, i can't really join weight watchers, atkins, the zone, or e diets, or anything. help me please!!!!!!!! by the way if any of you are around thirteen, weigh around 160 pounds, and are around 5"2 e-mail me so we can support each other while we are trying to lose weight. my e-mail is californiarules1992@hotmail.com

the reason they are called 'negative' calorie foods is because yes they have calories when you eat them but while you are digesting them they burn more calories then what they had in them.. because they are harder to digest then most other things ...

Negative calorie foods are true. I know this for a fact because a nutritionist told me.

oh, by the way, those negative calories aren't true. the only negative calorie food is celery.. and its not that good. apples and berries and oranges and stuff have calories, just not a lot.

you should eat ALOT of negative calorie foods, foods that burn more calories to digest them than they're actually is in the food. some negative calorie foods are apples, oranges, mangos, lettuce, asparagus, pinnapple, and rassberrys, oh and carrots, I dont know them all. A good meal under 400 calories in broiled chicken and a salad or with a baked potatoe with salsa on it thats all only like 300 calories or less!!

Studdies show that the people who go on weight watchers lose more weight than the people who do their own diet. This probably will not change your moms mind, but it is true. Um, basically if you wanna lose weight w/o having to pay for a program, just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and other healthful low fat foods. Excersize like an hour a day, or less. This should help, good luck!
