i heard bout the subway diet.. i wanna go on it but i aint gonna buy there expensive sanwhiches everyday.. so does anyone no how to improvise...

Hey! I met jared fogle, the subway guy and he told me that if you walk 1/2 an hour every day and eat the same ammount you are now, you will lose weight!

actually you get enough vegetables just make sure you get the wheat bread and don't put the oil on it if you do that you'll be fine

The stupid part is like Hayley said: Subway wont endorse it...
But here's why people wanna do it. Although Subway wont endorse it they are not afraid to show people on their commercials who have lost tons of weight on it...Double standard.

Yeah, I woudlnt do that. I am doing weight watchers right now though and eat subway nearly every day...but I woudlnt reccomend going only on subway.

NO! Haley just said that it is a fad diet. They never work. Even though it worked for Jared, he probably doesn't want teenagers to do it! We are still young we need more nutrition and calcium and such, more than adults. Just eat healthy and excersize is truly the only way to lose weight!

i think y dont you buy ur self some wholemeal rolls and some fillings that subway use and make them urself you might even be able to look up subway recipies. If it worked for Jared it might work for u Good Luck!!!

i think that's a fad diet, and subway doesn't even endorse it because they say it's not healthy. They say that they're happy it worked for Jared, but they do not endorse the diet because you don't get enough fruits and vegetables.
