how about oatmeal? The kashi heart2heart oatmeal is rreaallly filling and good. Or maybe pop some popcorn the night before and have 4 cups measured out. Popcorn is considered a healthy, high-fiber snack by professionals, as long as you get the like 94% fat free popcorn, or any kind that has aroudn 20 calories per cup. These kinds taste just as good as the full fat kinds. I especially like the new Caramel Apple 94% fat free Pop Secret popcorn. Dry cereal is great too if you like it, especially like Barbara's Bakery Cinammon Puffins. 3/4 cup is only 90 calories and it's loaded with fiber. And they're reaaallly good. Also any of hte Weight Watchers cereals are really good tasting too, and very healthy for you. You can also try the Post Honeycomb cereal, because there is like 100 calories in 1 and 1/3 cup, which is way more htan the usual serving size.
