i ahve a question, some people say that breakfast is the most importante meal of the day and some say its lunch, which one is it?

Breakfast, deffo, cos you have to eat to be able to concerntrate better at school, I never used to eat breakfast and i got really bad grades, now i do and i'm well improving!

Breakfast, your body hasn't had any fuel after 7-8 hours, or more and it helps you to do good at school!

BREAKFAST. definitely. if you don't eat breakfast your metabolism slows down by up to 30%! There's motivation to eat in the morning...

breakfast is the most important meal of the day
lunch is the time of day when you can eat more then anyother meal because you have the rest of the day to work it off the reason you cant do this in the morning is because your metabolism slowed down at night and is not ready to eat larger quantities just healthy ones.. but dont get me wrong i am NOT saying you can eat what ever looks good im just saying if your gonna cheat do it a lunch or not at all well i hope this helps...
