Oh my, my friend (she doesn't go to this site) lost 30 pounds in 3 months! Amazing, huh. Well her computer is like *bleh* (broke) so she told me to tell you what she did. So excited, as usual LOL! Ok, this is what you do. Plan 3 simple meals (cheak calories, you will know wut is good and bad, i think everyone knows that *haha). Try to avoid the junk food and all those tempting yummies. For snacks eat fresh fruit, never eat can fruit (too much sugar). Excersise an hour a day, trendmill, running, anything that has to do with moving your body (everyone knows that, thats why it is called excersising!LOL) Exercising videos are good too, like everyone recommends Weight Watchers. I'll ask if there is anything else she wants to tell but if ya need to ask ques. be free to ask! ^.~ always happy to help!

thats kinda what people do any way so shes losing 10lbs per month which is exasctly what i did still healthy but its still losing a lot of weight
