hey how do u lose the weight thats on the sides of ur hips???????& is crunches w/my calfs on like a bench & these dance sit ups get my poooch 2 go away?& iz runig 1 mile & 1/2 every day good enough for my cardio?

you cant lose weight in just one part of your body.... one exercise wont do it... do cardio and weight lifting... because losing weight is like gaining weight.... you cant choose where it goes.... its just the way your body is.
