hey im vikki i weigh 187 and am 5'2 i have very wide hips big butt and stomach my mom thinks its because of me being latino but i know that the weight i am is extremly obeise if you know any good diet and exercise plans let me know what they are thanks and good luck to all

the best way is not weight watchers or anythign like that... but to eat healthier... the colorful the better.... carrots, apples oranges ect.... chicken breast (white meat) for protien and 6-10 glasses of water a day... also just be active.... you dont have to run a marathon or spend lots of money.... but buy an exercise tape and try that once in a while or go for a walk.... start slow and build your way up
