please, ppl who know about foods and all those different types of carbs and calories, answer my question! : What can i eat right before a lot of exercise, like jogging for an hour, or something strenuous. Like something that will "burn" fast, but will be give lots of energy?

i have heard one piece of bread with some peanut butter is good, cause it gives you both protein and carbs
