Ok....i'm seriously thinking about going on a water and celery diet for like a week...just to see what i can do. I HAVE to lose weight. I'm eating small portions....drinking lots of water...and TRYING to exercise more...i weight about 230 or so now, (the scale at my dads has been lying to me!!!...it was broken) and i want to get down to about 130 or so....tel me what you think..email me at brix_0406@yahoo.com

you'll definitely lose weight on that diet, but as soon as you start eating normally you'll gain it all back, because your body will be digesting your muscles instead of your fat.

You did not gain that weight in a short period of time, so you can't lose it in a short period of time. Try to eat healthy about 1500-2000 cals a day depending on your weight!
