Hey everyone! I started my "new lifestyle" today. For breakfast i had 1 bowl special K low carb (only kinda remotly healthy cereal in my house) and some grapes.i ate breakfast at noon so it was kinda lunch too. Between lunch and dinner i had 5 small pieces of colby jack cheese and for dinner i had what my mom made which was meatballs, fruit, rice and 2 buscuts. I also drank 8 glasses of water and lifted weights and did alot of stationary bike. Is this a good day???? I feel good.

um. it depends on if you ate enough. i'm not sure you did- you should really make sure you eat breakfast earlier too...
