Well todayi started the atkins diet.. i bought one-a-day carb pills.. im 145 and 5'4 and my goal is 120.. this morning i ate an egg white with 2%cheese and 2 small slices of candian stle bacon.. and for lunch im having a small salad with feta cheese only and ranch dressing.. i duno what im going to have for dinner but does that sounds good for today so far..? thanks and also please comment and tell me if you think i can do it.. and how long you think it will take..

ur doing great so far but dont nforget about the good oldfashoned excersise!

just make sure you don't let yourself get hungry or your body will crave carbs to satisfy you quickly. eat lots of snacks so your blood sugar doesn't get too low. good luck!

Hey that sounds graet. Just be careful with salad dressings. Salad is a great lunch but the dressings can hold high calories. Especially ranch. So just watch out. But other then that, your doing fine. Also, you can probally loose the weight by...Juneish. Deffinitly for the start of summer!
