whoa i was reading back a little bit and someone said they lost 55 pounds in lile 3 months! i have been dieting for like three years and i excersise like everyday, and i dont really weigh myself but i havvent lost any weight what so ever, im 13 and i weigh like 165 and i really want to weigh like 125. today in class we had to talk about body image, and when my teacher mentioned people who arer over weight everyone turned their heads and looked directly at me. it was so embarresing.

Hey girl, don't worry about those people in class. Who cares what they think. You are prettier then them inside and out. I dropped out of school because of that. I just wanted to let you know don't give up. I didn't and I lost all of my weight. I only have 2 more lbs to go. The trick is...be comfterble with yourself, don't let anyone bother you, not even the skinniest chick in school. Lose weight for yourself, have fun with your friends now, you don't need to wait until you are where you would like to be weight wise, you will get there if you try, but not obsessively. Trust me, I've been there. Whatever you do, don't be like me and drop out. Stay strong and keep in there, you'll graduate and be whatever you want to be. The only reason I did was so I could get out of there, get my GED and go to college early. Don't give up.

that person was me and i lost the weight in a lil bit more than 4 months and i did the same stuff like jogging for 30 minutes a day for 5 times a week but that was wrong for that person to say that stuff to you! I hate mean people

people are so insensitive! obviously if you haven't losyt anything by now you should re-evaluate your diet. add in more fruits and veggies and see how many cal;ories you're consuming versus what you're burning off. also- try to intensify your workout more and that should def. make you start shedding pounds!

in health class we were talking about diets and people being obese like me, but no one looked at me. thank god!! Well, don't worry about it!!!
