hey im 5"6.5 and weigh 200 pounds!!!! i gained 20 since december i gained 10 form holidays then i broke my shoulder a month and a half ago and i have been doing nothing and i gained another 10!!!! PLZ HELP ME i wanna get down to 160 buy summer around august or september or even down to 170-175 i just wanna be at least 160 by november. plz help me with my eating plans and exercise plans!!! Ok. First off. start walking around a half a mile a night, a mile if you can do it, if not that's ok. A mile is walking/running a half an hour nonstop. And just eat foods in smaller portions. Instead of eating the french fries at McDonald, have a side salad. But don't push to do it all at this one minute.
