if you are on 1,200 calorie diet and you burn 400 of them is it bad if you dont eat them back or is it good.

well it depends. If you do a large amount of exercise then you should be eating more, because if not, then your body will start eating your muscles. don't increase your food intake by a lot though, maybe like 100 calories or 200 at the most.

That's what your supposed to do. However on weight watchers you get a tracker thing and you get like 3 points a day if you do so much excersize.
