im really upset right now. I have been eating 1200 calories a day and exercising since feb.1. at the end of february i dropped 9 pounds, from 149 to 140. I have been doing nothing different, and i got on the scale this morning and it said that i was 143 pounds! i dont understand, why was it so hard for me to get into the 130's??!! im lucky because when something bad happens like this, i don't overeat, i try even harder. I know that i only need to lose 4 pounds to get into the 130's, but at this rate, how long will it take? I can't stand to gain anymore weight! please reply, thanks!

did you weight yourself inthe middle of the day? it could of just been the food u ate(if u weighed in the middle of the day)you should always weigh yourself either in the morning or at the same time each tim u weigh in Well good luck and dont give up

it could have just been water weight. Did you drink any sodas, or eat any salty foods, like chinese food, popcorn, or canned soups the day before you weighed yourself?

Don't worry I feel the same too. It's a mystery to me that I excersise regularly but sometimes I stay the same weight. I just keep doing what I usually do. Good job for trying hard and balencing out your schedule. I wish I could be as planful as you! lol. My room is such a mess, I can't find my planner! Well leave me a message and I hope we can talk soon!

Hey I know the feeling. Except for the last few weeks my weight was at a plateau for like 8 months! Talk about frusterating! I don't really know anything to tell you because all I do is excersize a ton! And sometimes that doesn't help very much at all! But I know that it will make me healthier in the end, so I don't give up!
