hey ! PPLZ wutss up ? Nuttin at all going on hea .. look i need to lose some weight for the summer im going on a nice cruise and i want to b in a bikini .. a sexy bikini for the summer ... so0o any one got any answers or suggestions on how to lose weight !! [ the healthy way ]

Hi, I know what you mean, I am going to Hawaii this summer, and I want to lose weight for that bikini. What I am doing is eating a small breakfast, a normal size lunch, 2 small snacks after school, and then a normal size dinner, i am really watching my portions. Which is my biggest problem, and trying to get in exercise on most days of the week. Like today I went for a 2 hour walk around my neighborhood, it felt great!

Eat more fruits and vegetables and when you want to eat fries or icecream or your favorite junk food, ask yourself if you are going to let that food control your life or the way you feel about yourself? If you walk or run, that would help out a lot too, I hope this helps you! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Um if there are certain areas you'd like to work on, just focus on those like hips, buns,etc. you know just start off with small reps at a time then increase gradually. By summer, when skools out you'll be looking great. Good luck! Oh also eating healthier is a plus and it's just good for you anyway.
