hey well today my mom bought me the weight watchers package so im going to start tomorrow.. my goal weight is 120 and im 5'4 and weight 142 right now.. i run so how much weight do u think i can lose in a week just out of curiusity.. thanks

Probably 2-4 pounds!! I just lost 4.4 pounds this week on it, but I weigh more than you. GOOD LUCK!!!

Hey lindsey! I couldn't find your name but this is what I do. I drinked veggie juice and I also worked out 3 hours everyday running around my neighborhood. When I study for an exam I jog in place or go one the trendmill while reading. It's really hard but its worth it. The only problem is I worked so hard I am exausted. :-(

Hey. By following weight watchers, you can probally loose from 2-3 lbs your first week. But aim to loose 1-2 lbs per week. Anymore then that, then you loose muscle, and no one wants that! Good luck with WW.
