Hey peeps!! I just wanted to know if I did ok today because I am curious. ok...Breakfast-oatmeal, banana=280 cals(about) Lunch-ham sandwich(no mayo, mustard instead), fruit cup, hi c juice box=400 cals (about) Snack-grapes, triscuts=210 (about) Dinner-lots of asperagus (YUM!!!!), little bit of mashed potatoes, roast(meat)=400 cals (about). That added up to about 1290 cals, in the range of 1200 and 1500. So i had veggies and yummy fruit. How do you guys think i did???? THANKZ!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!!! ~jenn

That sounds pretty good! Try eating wheat bread intsead of white if you haven't already! And it's a good idea not to drink Hi-C... there's alot of sugar and unwanted calories in it! Try drinking water, or if you dont like that, there is always flavorded water with no cals, carbs, or sugar!! Good Luck!

Before dinner, i did the walk away the pounds 1 mile walk 4 about 20 min. Then about a half hour after dinner, i did the denise austin kickboxing workout 4 about 20 min. Is that good?? it equals to 40 min altogether. Thankz guyz 4 listening!!!
