Tomorrow is weigh in at weight watchers(great)! I don't think I did too well. Last week I wore jeans to the weigh in and tomorrow I am gonna wear shorts and a tank top! lol. I will get back on track the next week and lose like 4 pounds. I am going to try and start running. My normal workout plan is going to the gym for an hour and a half. (like 45 min on a bike, 20 min or more walking and the rest lifting weights) Does anyone have any more suggestions. I am going to get pilates sometime soon. Has anyone tried that yet? Just need to know!!!

what gym do you go to ? do you go to a special one or anything .. doo u go wit ur parents cuz dont u need an adult ..?

Hey. I use winsor pilates all the time. With healthy dieting and exercise, PLUS pilates....they work great. They help sculpt your body, expesially your stomach, and buns!!!
