does anyone know any good exercizes for your inner thighs? i no it sounds weird...but i have to wear a bathing suit soon! ahh! help me plz!

Running, leg lifts, and leg exercises should help you tighten them up. Good Luck!!!!

get ankle weights and lay down on your back with your legs together at a 90 degree angle from the floor. then move your legs in opposite directions to the floor and lift them back slowly to starting position. good luck!
