today i did really bad...2 french toast, pb and j, pringles, 1 brownie, a couple of chips and bean dip, 3 scoops of icecream, a piece of a banana, some 5 layer dip stuff and chips....i need to get back on track! i am going to go play tennis right now! ne tips...plz share! thank ya!

you just have to get back into the right eating habits. I have bad days like that some times to like this weekend i ate horribly and i felt awful but today i got back on track and i ate better(hopefully lol) so i know u can do it, just believe in ur self
