well ive totally messed up and at the worst time too! on jan 1st i started out at 14st 2lbs (198lbs) by the 1st of feb i has lost 10lbs and i was 13st 6lbs. in feb i didnt work out nor eat healthy and all i lost during the whole of feb was 2 lbs , then some how even though i have started exercsing again and eating right my weight is 13st 9lbs so ive put on 5lbs since march 1st nopw that wouldnt have put me off but i need to lose 7lbs per month to be at my target weight and i found out yesterday that i am going to Ibiza with one of my friends at the end of august and i want to wear a bikini! and another thing im gonna b off skewl all week because today i went to the doctors and i have been diagonsed with mumps! so i'll probly put on more weight! can ne 1 help me lose the 5lbs i put on and help me lose another 2lbs b4 apil 1st please!!!! post here xlx

i dont have any advice but wher u on ur periods when u were 14st bcos periods make u heavier

before i just exercised 3-5times per week cardio for 40min did 50sit ups per night and did weights every night for the actual diet i had bacon and tomatoes for brekkie lol erm a wholemeal sandwhich with no butter/marg with roast chicken plus an apple or banana then for dinner i ate roast chicken and then4 veggies and then 1 or 2 fruit for dessert

hey! first off, you can succesfully loose more then 7 lbs a month. A good goal is about 10 lbs. Just like you achieved before. Also, you only gained 5 lbs. Its honestly no sweat. Do what you did before to loose the weight and ull be good.

lol also this is what my new exercise regime is going to consist of :- 8km walk 50sit ups 25 twisting crunches 25 leg lifts 25 hip raises 25 open close hip raises 50reps of lifting 0.5kg 25reps 1.5kg 7reps 2.5kg and then stretching different areas of the body. i will do this daily so far i have done everything today bar the 8km walk (gonna do it in bout 20min) do you think doing that daily will help me lose weight build muscle and be at my goal weight in around 22weeks? sorry for all the posts i just need some advice! please reply with what you think as it would be a great help to me!

oh yer and i wana be around 10st 12lbs by around the middle of august
