Hello Everyone. I have always wanted to loose weight. For the benefit of myself and my health! And I have finally decided to put my mind to it and do it! So starting tomorrow I am on a junkfood/ candy/ fastfood free diet and I am going for a walk every afternoon and drinking heaps of water!! I hope it makes a difference I have too bootiful gurlfriends and they just inspire me so much I have to do it! I know everything is woeth it! And I am positive about that! I am not giving up! Wish me luck everyone. I hope I can see a difference with in the next month and dress up for the next dance! :D That thought makes me want to do it more and more!

Hey good luck! That it a very healthy way to lose weight, and it will work, trust me. I've lost over 15 pounds just doing that! You should also try cutting down on drinking juice and drink water instead, and try not to eat anything after supper. You sound like you've made a plan and you're gonna stick to it, and that's great!
