I started my new diet of eating healthy yesterday. I did good then and today, but the thing is, I've been really light headed today and I'm wondering why? Could it be because of the change in diet or something else? Thanks in advance.

Machala it could be that you cut out too much of your nutrients. You still need a certain amount of sugar to keep your body functioning. If your diet is reasonable it could be that you have hypoglycemia. I would HIGHLY suggest you see a doctor if this continues.

It may also be because you're thirsty. Drinking lots of water doesn't only help you stop food cravings, it also helps your weight loss. Cutting back on food usually means your water intake is lower (some foods have water in them), so if you are on a diet you should definitely be drinking a lot of water.

yes it might be because of the diet, the change in eating habits. But, it may be because your not eating enough, make sure you are having at least 1200 calories every day! good luck
