u are really GETTING ON MY A** TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET A LIFE, BECAUSE IT IS OBVIOUS THAT U DON'T HAVE ONE!!!!! OMG i try to say one thing but you just jump on my freakin A**. i am getting sick of it!!!! I am totally right about soday. IF u want to gain water weight, DRINK SODA. it does take the calcium out of ur bones. ANd I do pay attention. HOW DO I GET A's in all of my classes???! HUH??? bet ya can't answer that one!!!

something is wrong with your health class, or u just dont listen. u have gotten on my last nerve with your freakin temper. soda does not have that much sodum. deal with it. and pay attention more

no the sodium does take a lot of calcium OUT OF UR BONES!! i learned that in health class. i AM NOT STUPID!!!

actually, diet soda does NOT have that much sodium. It practically has none at all. One can of microwaveable soup has around 850 gms of sodium, 1 slice of lunch meat has 150, and frozen meals usually have around 1,000 gms, and diet soda only has 35! Diet soda isn't the best for you, but make sure you know what you're talking about when you say stuff like that.

it makes you retain water, but that's not real weight. I don't suggest drink diet or regular soda at least a day before your weigh in because it will look like you weigh more when you weigh yourself, because your body is retaining water.

that is even worse that regular coke. Diet and regular soda has a lot of sodium. sodium takes the calcium out od ur bones and make ur bones weak! once i stopped drinking pop, i felt much better, and i don't even miss it. If u luv soda, try limiting urself to 3 cans a week
