Hey! I was wondering what you guys do on the days you hang out with people? My friends all eat junk food when we hang out. I would not eat anything all day and save my calories up but then your metabolism slows down and stuff. And I don't have enough will power to resist eating the stuff. And I can tell like my best friends about the diet but what about when I hang out with other people? Or when I hang out with my guy friends -- I don't want the whole world to know I'm on a diet. I have 430 calories left today but thats not very much considering I have a friend coming over and if we get pizza, thats like 2 slices. I don't know what to do! Thanks in advance. *Ray*Ray*

Where you hang out doesnt have to be always about food. Like Going to the movies, just dont waste your money besides it is expensive, and the mall usually has healthy options too. Instead of getting a pizza, why dont you suggest going to subway or quiznos, who doesnt love sandwiches, and they are healthy too! Everybody wins. If you do get pizza, try to grab only one slice.

2 slices is great. I had 3 slices and icecream (lowfat) and still lost 5 lbs. Have fun and it is ok to cheat once in a while. good luck!!!
