well- if dshe wants you to lose weight then tell her she needs to support you by getting you good delicious healthy foods and not waving junk in front of you...

the very first thing you need to do is confront your mom. I know it's hard ,but for you to lose any weight, you need to do it. You need to let her knnow that the only way she can help you to lose weight is through her support during your weight loss, instead of her just badgering you. Tell her that her yelling at you isn't going to make you any more inclined to lose weight, because this is something that you need ot want to do for yourself. If YOU, not your mother, don't want to lose weight, then you're not going to be succesful. I say, reevaluate why you're losing weight, because if it's not for you, to improve your self-esteem and make you feel better about yourself, then don't waste your time dieting. I can tell you from personal experience with a pushy mom, you'll just go right back to your old eating habits, and start eating tons of food whenever she's not looking. There are studies that show that children with moms that try to regulate their children's eatings are more likely that their children will become obese and binge-eat when they are gone.

Hi! My family and i cut out all sugar (anything ending in "ose" is sugar) and we cut out all "enriched", "bleached" and non whole wheat flour (only eat 100% whole wheat flour) for 1 month and I lost 10lbs! I know it will be hard at first but once you get into your second month, you can have all those sweets about 2 times a month. If you need any help please e-mail me @ motownkc_28@hotmail.com and tell your mom to do it with you. and if she doesn't i will do it with you if she won't girl. so keep looking up!
Lots Uv Luv!
