Hey everyone..hows it going, long time no post but i've lost 1 pound last time posting so that puts me at 282. And ive finally come to the conclusion that making a giant goal like losing 80lbs in 8 months no im just going to try to get 30lbs off by may hopefully. then 30 more by august and so forth and so on..hopefully this doesnt sound drastic but I've been eating really healthy..sometimes I don't have the time to workout..too much hopework some days so I just eat extra healthy. my breakfasts usually consist of either just fruit and water or a bowl honey nut cherios or a nutri grain bar..for lunch I just cut the unhealthy things in half. And for my dinners I just watch the fat and drink loads of water. Oh and I do have the Denise Austins Blast Away 10lbs..and i've been seeing results on the scale. THIS DOESNT SOUND TOO DRASTIC RIGHT?

hey! i dont think your goal is too drastic! I made goals for myself like that.I am 5'8..230lbs. I am hoping to lose 30 pounds by my birthday which is June 4..I turn 16!!!:):) anyway, then by the time school starts again, which is middle of August I am hoping to have another 20-25..then that would put me at, then another 25 by Christmas, which would put me at my goal weight of 150! do you think mine sounds realistic? I hope you achieve your goals and good luck! I have found it easier to even break down these goals into smaller incriments like by 10 pounds.
