Hey guys. Do any of you not count calories or points on weight watchers? Just like watch what you eat? Becaus I've been doing WW but I'm kind of in a rut, and I think it's just allowing me too MUCH freedom to eat what I want, and I'm not losing weight, and I was thinking I could jst like watch what I eat and try to make good choices for a week and see if that works. I have pretty good instincts about how much food and what kind because I've been watching my weight for 2 years. Do you think it'll be ok just to kind of stop when I'm full and eat balanced meals?

of course! try to eat a little less than what your body needs to maintain and eat healthily. it sounds good- check after a week or so and see if it's working out. good luck!
