today I thought i did pretty good. for breakfast I had a breakfast drink. It has lots of nutrients so its good for you. For lunch I had a salad that had chicken in it, some pears, and 2 carrots, also 12oz of milk. i havent ate dinner yet because im loaded with homework, but i think my mom is making BLT's (Bacon, lettuce, tomato, 2 pieces of toast, mayo.) I will probably only have 1 but maybe 2? How did I do? Will the bacon and mayo do something bad? I am 5'8..15years old...and 230 lbs..soon to be 150lbs!!(that is my goal weight)

yay! finally- someone who is being realistic about thier goal weight! that's an awesoem goal weight for your hieght. you'd be suprised how many people come here that are 5'8" to 5'11" and want to weigh the same as a person who is 5'4" or something. 150lbs is a great goal. good luck!

Are you talking about 2 sandwiches? Only have 1 if your going to have one! Think about it this way, when you eat a food, dont you only enjoy the first 3 bites anyways. You did good though for your breakfast and lunch, if your still hungry after one sandwich have some fruit or something.
