Hi! I really want AND need to lose weight, I feel so unhealthy and I feel like I have no energy at all and im supposed to cause i'm a kid. I get made fun of a lot and get called mean names which hurts my feelings a lot. I want to look really good this summer plus I want a six pack. Someone whos tried a diet and it HAS worked for them please please tell me and please tell me your work out plan. If you have a six pack can you tell me how you got it. hey drink 12 glasses of water a day, i los 30lbs doing just that, obviously eating less, but normal, and only eat cheesy food once a week it worked for me i used to weight 140 now i weight 110lbs!am 5 feet 4 by the way

If you're willing to go as far as it takes you might as well get lyposuction or gastric bypass. Good Luck!!!!

4'11 135 lbs im really short so you can see it well...whats fiber? and i need to know what exersizes i can get for my thighs,but,arms,and stomach

just try to exercise for 30mins 3 times a week and cut out junk food. eat loadz of fresh fruit and veg and fibre but cut down on sugar and fat. try to limit the amount you eat if u eat alot. how much do u weight and how tall r u?
