HI again. I just wanted to tell u guys what i ate and what i am going to eat today. Can u plz tell me if it is good or if i have to eat more or less? thankz. Breakfast-cereal=150 cals Snack-ranch wheat thins=140 cals Lunch-sandwich=200 cals + wheat thins=130 cals Snack- apple=between 80+100 cals Dinner-sheppards pie(it's veggies, meat, and mashed potatoes)=400 cals. I added them all up and it gave me about 1200 cals. I think that is fine. I just wanna make sure. Thankz ~jacqueline

i'd toss the wheat thins completly, save them as a once in a while treat, they realy arent healthy (dont you hate foods that sound healthy but are just junk in disguise, i hate it, cuz wheat sounds pretty healthy to me,lol) i'd eat more fruits, especially oranges cuz they have tons of fiber, so do grapefruits, or just whatever fruts and veggie you like

dark vegetables and bright fruits are the most nutreint packed- so try to get a lot of those in there. broccoli and dairy products give you a lot of calcium which you need to burn fat...

I think you need more vegtables and fruit, because it looks like you only have 1 serving of fruit and 1, maybe 2 of vegtables depending on how much you ate at dinner. Try to eat a combination of 5 fruits and vegtalbes a day. *Ray*Ray*

try eating less starches and more calcium rich foods like broccoli and such
