Ok, i struggled with weightloss about two years ago. It all started after i said i had a crush on some guy. A girl at school overheard and said "You have no chance with him, he doesnt go for whales." and then started laughing. I wouldnt mind, i only weighed 149lbs. I went on a crazy diet where if i was hungry, the only thing i would have would be an apple and a diet coke. I ate this about 10 times a day, and this meant that my calorie intake was roughly 1000 cals per day. I lost 11lbs in the first week and then 6lbs every week after that until i was down to 98lbs. I looked horrible and although people were starting to say that i looked ill, i coudnt see it and i thought i looked great. It was only until i tried on a pair of jeans and i had to buy an age 12-13 that i relaised that i had gone overboard. I returned to my normal eating patterns and gained 45lbs. I want to get down to roughly 120lbs now and wonder which diet you would recommend or how much exercise i should do each week. Thanks

Thank you all. I am definitely going to take you tips into consideration. I have eaten 1073 clas so far today and my limit is 1600. I am going to do 25 mins exercise too today. Wish me luck!

hey! i congratulate you for recognizing your problem and getting a hold of it before it came worse! good job! i would recommend maybe jogging or walking for about 2 miles/day..then do some stuff with dumbbells. And just cutdown on your intake of junk food like cookies, fast food, etc. good luck!!

wow that sounds like a great diet. im impressed. how tall were/are you? and no, im not being sarcastic. but im glad you returned to noirmale ating, but how did you gain 45 lbs?~? you must have eaten alot haha. well anyways good job. and yea, just take a multivitamin everyday. i take the gummy ones.

yea, i went through a two month period wher i only ate celery and oranges, and drank diet mt. dew. Bad idea! i got mono cuz my immune system went crashig down with no nutrients. eat fruits, veggies, and lean protein all day long and you wont have to worry about the number of calories you eat

btw- try about 30-60 min of exersize a day and if you want to get a lot of nurtrients but not a lot of cals go on the slimfast diet- just make sure you follow it correctly so that you're eating enough calories. good luck!

just exersize as much as you can take and start making healthier choices. such as- snack on fruits and veggies- try to eat less junk...
