UHHH im sick of it!! Im not HUGE but im not skinny and its killing me! I run a mile in less than 7 min I play sports ALL the time (3 times a week all year round) Still I am about5 foot 1(i know short!) and i weigh 150-160 pounds I hate it sooo much I can feel my self slowly getting bigger....bleh! Help with WHATEVER advice you haveuh i wanna die(not really)

hey- don't change ur exersize habits just change ur eating - i'm over weight too and weight bout 175 but i also have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat! i lift weight and do lots of pushups! take a good look at urself not the scale u can determine whether or not u r really fat- my moms friend weighs 200lbs and is in a bikini! she is really muscular and doesn't have an ounce of fat on her! nobody would have ever guessed she weighs that much but it's true! good luck! git r dun!

then don't change your exersize habits- just change your eating havits because that's the only thing that could be holding you back other than muscle- but that's great if it's all muscle! find out your body fat percentage by one of those scales or go to a fitness instructor or doctor or i think there are even places online that you tell your weight hieght and measurements and they calculate it for you. good luck!

MUSCULE weighs more than FAT...maybe its your muscule?...I wish you the best...I don't really have any advice cuz I'm fat myself...I'm sorry I wish I could help
