ok i wanna loose bout 20 lbs b4 summer....rite now since its lent im not eating as many sweets but i still get horrible cravings...wht is sumthin i can do to not give in to my cravings and also does ne1 any exercises i can do at home...cuz i have tennis 1 hour 1 a week and me n my friend r tryn to figure out days we can go to the gym, but wht about whn we cant...wht can do at home?? thnx!

lent is the 40 days b4 easter. its whn u give sumthing up tht u really enjoy like tv, computer, sweets, stuff like tht. or u could take time out of ur day to do sumthing good like sum ppl i kno spend a certain amnt of time praying or w/e. its prty much a time of sacrifuce b/c God sacrificed his only son to save us from our sins.

To ease the cravings you can maybe chew some sugar free gum or if you're having a realy bad craving, get ONE square of a candy and suck on it. At home you can do situps, push ups, leg lifts, crunches, squats, dumbbells. All kinds of stuff!!!! Good Luck!!!!!
