I started a vegetarian diet in november and i dont really know if its working or not. maybe if i stopped eating junk food then i would notice lol. But i have started to be a litle comcerned about my protein intake...what food has alot of protein that i can add to my everyday diet?

U shouldn't go on a vegetarian diet just to lose weight. I read that somewhere, it said to go on it if you are for animals and such, but I don't know???

PEANUT BUTTER!!! WOO HOO!!! Meat has a lot of protein too, so you should just eat it. Being a vegitarian isn't going to save cows, God put them here to be eaten anyway. Oh yeah, for protein, Protein Shakes, get the carb smart ones, there only 100 calories and maybe peanut butter and nuts, and fish, eggs. Idk if vegitarians can eat those though. Good Luck
