Hey, I have a question. Can your body tell the difference between 1200 calories in junk and 1200 calories in health? The reason i ask this is because today we didnt have any fresh foods in my house so i replaces a lot of it with like graham crackers. lol. Reply!

yes- it definately can. first of all- the junk isn't going to have enough protien, so you'll lose muscle. it also won't have enough fiber, so you won't go to the bathroom regualrly, and you definately need other nurtrients to keep your body burning fat and for staying healthy...

Yes it can tell, because there is alot you have to consider, fat, saturated fat, trans fats, sugars. For example sugars digest fast, and fibers take longer to digest. Also protein and carbs can make us feel full longer, and too much fat can pack on the pounds, just like too many calories can pack them on too! So I would say yes, cause you gotta consider everything.

Of course it can because 1200 calories of junk doesn't have the nutrients you need. And it has more fat and chemicals usually. *Ray*Ray*

I dont know the answer to your questions - probably not. But Graham Crackers aren't all that bad for you.. just don't eat the whole box!!!
