Ok i weigh like 150.... and im at risk of becoming overweight... I REALLY wanna be 130 or lesss by mu uncles wedding (July 1) I dont eat a lot... and when i do i eat healthy... and i excercise regularly too... i go to the gym with my mum all the time, how come i am NOT losing weight?

what r u eatin, u may not eat a lot, but u eat lots of high cal foods maybe

it could also b tht ur weight is muscle. and muscle does weigh more thn fat. i kno a girl who weighs 185 but is ALL muscle practically and does not look nething like she would weigh 185.

Everyone is different, maybe you just have to push yourself THAT much further...?
