Heyy Lacrosse is starting soon and im really out of shape for it because i Know that there is alot of running ((I never played lacrosse))....does anyone have any suggestions on how to warm up for lacrosse its starting in march and i want to be able to play without losing my breath all of the time?? Please leave me a reply ...thank you

mayb n the mornings or afternoons u can go 4 runs.

well, i dont play lacrosse, never have, BUT i assume its like all other field sports in that you gotta always be running stuff, like soccer, or basketball. SO do just that, run a lot, work up your endorance. When i first started bball i was outta breath by like the second basket, but now i am ableto keep up just fine. anyway, lots of running do things to stengthen yourself all over, do heel lifts(just lift your heels over the over again, kills your calfs after a while) and things like that ! good luck and have fun with lacrosse!
