for th next 2 weeks i dont wana eat im so fat. I posted all tht stuf bout how we shoudltn become anorexic and i know im such a stupid hypocrit but i need to loose weight and it seem the only way to go so strating tommorow i aint gonna eat in the day and geez its gonna be hard but what else do i do as i said plz dont disreguard me im only lola

plateus are tough, and discouraging, they make us do dumb things like become ana or mia, but the thing is, you cant do that, it'll make you sick. spend a week eating nothing but friut, veggies and protein, maybe low carb is you thing, or maybe you would find a solution with slimfast, or somethin else like that. try a different exercise, or get a work out or diet buddy to strenghthen ur resolve. no offense, but ive seen your posts, you seem to eat really healthy for a while, then binge. i think if you try to starve your self, youll end up binging big time. tell ur parents to get rid of any thing that u might binge on u CAN do it, good luck

well.. bad choice.. but hey.. if u wanna lose weight by starve'n urself.. then gain it back 10 times a much!more power to ya! cuz one u quit ur lil "Fast" ur going to eat normal as u used to and itll come back!! TRUST ME

That's not smart. If you aren't detirmined to lose weight with no doubt in your mind, then you probably won't. It's only if you really try.

You can lose weight the healthy way! You don't need to starve yourself. Like Eddie said, we all have set backs...but you can get through them! I'm starting a new diet today...its the Oprah diet! In it you cut out most "white stuff" such as white bread, white pasta, potatoes...stuff like that. And eat more vegtables and fruits. Another key component is exercise - she says to exercise everyday...so I'm going to! You could also cut calories. If you're already eating only 1200, then exercise more but if you're eating more than that, bring it down to 1200. Just don't starve yourself. And don't give up! You can do this. I know you can. You're better then that. Don't Give Up. We experience set-backs, but that happens. Don't give up. We all beleive you can loose weight the healthy way, without starving yourself.

Aw, don't do that. Hey, I know where you're coming from--I tried that, and guess what happened? I felt so deprived that I binged... It's just not worth it. Eating 1200 calories a day(a bit more if u exercise) is the best way.
