whats a leg lift? how do u do them?

Another type of leg lift is when you lay on your side and you lift the leg facing up about 3/4 of a foot upwards, make sure not to lift your hips though. And then bring it down, but not all the way down, leave about 2 inches, because if you set it down you're not really working the muscle very much. And then go back up again, down again, etc. for about 50...believe me your legs WILL start to hurt if you're doing it correctly. Don't stop when they start to burn a little, this is your muscle building up. If it starts to burn, do 5-6 more and then set it down. Then start again. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*

Leg lifts can be one of two things: You lay on your back and you lift your legs 6 inches off the ground, you open and close them for 10 -20 secs and repeat as many times as you want. Another kind of leg lift is when you hold on to something, maybe the bottom of the bed or couch and he proceed to throw your legs down, almost to the floor and then back up making a 90 degree angle with your legs and the floor. Its a good ab workout, have fun and good luck.
