I feel so sad right now..my scale said I have gained 5 lbs I don't know where I went wrong this week..times like this makes me think about just not eating for a real long time but I dont want to become an anorexic oh well I just have to work alot harder the rest of this month..hopefully I can get off atleast 10lbs maybe less by the end of the month..Im so sad...I feel like nothing is working now

After you eat a big meal or something unhealthy, go for a walk. Exersize when you get home from school (jump on trampoline, go for a jog, dance to song, work out) Don't worry about what you eat as much as how much exersize you're doing for your body.

It's possible that you're gaining muscle. If thats true, then you'd be losing inches - which in a way is better because you'll smaller even if you the scale says something else. But, if you just messed up on this week...don't worry! You can do better next week and for the rest of the month. Don't give up! Good luck! *Ray*Ray*

welcome to my world, tay tay! please dont think i'm crazy for the burst below. I'm like hysterically crying for no reason.
