Weight loss is simple but it is very easy I would try to eat less and eat more fruits and veggies then try to jog for 30 min than do some weight lifting it'll be easy but long so if you have no patience dont even try and best of luck,

Well get on a easy to maintain diet... and once you can hold that down... try to walk for 15 minutes at any pace that you want and I guarantee that if you keep that up you will lose 30 pounds in 2 months

Eat about 1200 calories of healthy food a day. Exercise an hour, 4 times a week (cardio). You might want to add in some weight lifting too. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*
