hi guys!! i really wanna tone my body for summer. i know it might be early but i wanna start earlier then later right? im going to geagua lake with my chorus group june 4th n i really wanna look good in a bikini. ne tips? i do track n i think i have a lot of muscle . maybe? i wanna have nice abs n legs. i eat decent. i gave up pop n choclate for lent so i am eating healthier. i need tips motivation n exerisizes n a diet plan? please post!

If it is abs that you want I say that you do about 2 sets of 40 crunches a day (in morning and nite) and just dont give up that stuff for lent try giving it up till june 4th and you can go jogging to and dont forget the jumping jacks and plenty of water. Oh and try to cut back on your portions. If you dont get the results that you want by then, you can reply with a bad letter to me I will totally understand. hey i wanna look good in a bikini too. just eat 1200 calories a day and exercise. don't do fad diets, they don't work. don't worry..if u stick to it, it will work!
