Break is coming up after today and i wont be able to exercise all week because i am going to a family friends house to help baby sit, i was wondering if i eat about like 1500 calories sometimes a little less or more but dont exercise, is there a chance i WONT gain any weight? please reply

Try eating 1200 calories. Plus, I agree with Kels - play some games with kids, chase them around or something. It's good exercise! Good luck, and have fun! *Ray*Ray*

if your baby sitting, you should be getting exercise from chasing kids around. Take them for a walk, or play tag, take them to the park, stuff like that
it will also help to be extra careful about what u eat
